We had a wonderful stay in West Yarmouth! Ty would NEVER know it’s a dog friendly home as there’s no trace or smell of animals! The house was very nice, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful extras the hosts provided — they really made the stay feel easy and relaxing. It’s clear a lot of care goes into making this a great vacation rental. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This house was perfect for a fall weekend getaway for me and my five friends, plus a baby and a dog. The kitchen table was perfect to sit at and play games, the chairs were very comfortable. The couch was also big enough to comfortably accommodate us all. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment we needed. The bedrooms were all comfortable and allowed everyone to have their own space. The fenced in back yard for the dog was a definite highlight. We didn’t do much outside of the house, but the neighborhood was cute and quiet and great for a short walk. Would definitely recommend this house and would love to return in the future.

This was my families second stay at this home. Was a comfortable relaxing home. The fur babies love the back yard. The kitchen and bathroom are very clean and a great size. Thank you for another great trip.

Our stay at your house was everything we wanted, plenty of room for our family, including the dogs, they loved the fenced-in back yard, and so did we !! It is a totally inclusive house, we did not need anything which was much appreciated. You thought of everything !! Thank you for sharing your lovely home, it was definitely one of our favorite places to stay for our growing family !!

We enjoyed our second respite of the year and the fall was as delightful as the spring. We love the location on a quiet lake, but still close to Route 6. On a rainy afternoon, we visited the art galleries in Wellfleet.

Living in Montana but growing up every summer on the Cape, I wanted to find the "home feeling" again. We so felt at home at the house. It had everything and then SOME of what you would expect. Beautiful, full of amenities others dont offer, serenity on the gorgeous deck, coffee! , beach chairs and towels and just everything you could need when flying in. The host was accessible and offered us an early arrival. Truly, the house was Home for us for a week. The decor is top notch. I would give 5+ stars and we will be back next year.

We traveled with 3 generations and a dog. Everything was perfect! Plenty of space in the house. And the yard was perfect. My kids loved playing out there with the dog within the fence and also playing wiffle ball outside the fence. Great space! The inside of the house was exactly as pictured and everything was spotless. Beds and bedrooms were perfect. Great having 2 full bathrooms as well. We cooked on the grill for dinner and ate outside and also used the firepit for smores for dessert. We went to Seagull Beach with the dog (her first time experiencing the ocean!) and it was a quick drive away. As was everything else on Rt 28. We used the outdoor shower to give the dog a quick cleaning to get the sand off of her before allowing her back in the house. That came in very handy. We were very happy and comfortable and would 100% stay here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Wonderful Stay! We just returned from a fantastic stay at this lovely home in West Yarmouth, MA. The house was beautiful, clean, and perfectly set up for families—especially those traveling with kids and pets. The large, fenced-in yard was a huge bonus, giving our children and dog plenty of safe space to run and play. The location was great—close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and the Whydah Pirate Museum (my grandson’s favorite place)! The host was incredibly communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had, which made the whole experience even more seamless. We were also touched by the thoughtful welcome basket full of snacks—it was such a nice personal touch! Thank you for sharing your home with our family. We had a wonderful time and hope to visit again soon!

Would absolutely stay again. The bike trail and views were stunning. Over all a peaceful retreat but close to many other attractions. Book, you won't be disappointed.

Mitch was a very quick and friendly communicator. Answered questions even late in the evening. Location really great on the outer cape. Close to many beaches and right down the road from the National Seashore visitor center. Rental itself was clean and well equipped for a multi day stay.

We had a great week. Everything was close by. The house and yard were perfect, and Mitch was really helpful. We like to cook, and it’s nice to rent a house that’s stocked up on kitchen equipment and oils and spices. I’d definitely rent it again, thanks!

great little place!! described perfectly... thought the value was spot on. a nice walk to the beach and close to everything. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat and hopefully next year. very well stocked w/ everything you really need.. you honestly don't need to bring anything! and a nice gift basket upon arrival was a very welcoming after a 7hr drive!

Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect for exploring, and the host was incredibly helpful with any questions we had. The space was sparkling clean, cozy, and had thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The welcome snacks were a hit with the kids and made for a great start to our stay. Lovely cottage for a small family. The location is perfect, close to bayside and ocean beaches and walkable to Arnold's. The house is nestled on a quiet street on a private pond. We really enjoyed paddleboarding and appreciated the provided lifejackets. The house was spotless with a well stocked kitchen. The hosts really made us feel at home, and they are super responsive to messages/questions. We also appreciate the small touches like Zip-Loc bags and plenty of Keurig supplies for the week. Overall, this house was an excellent value and we would happily stay here again in the future.

Very quiet neighborhood. The house IS spacious and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Our kids enjoyed the games and books at the house. There's a TV in every room, so if you have any streaming accounts you can log in. And the sun room is a nice place to sit and drink coffee in the morning.

What a lovely ranch with comfortable furniture, attractive decor, clean amenities, great showers indoor and out, comfy beds and a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a girls weekend. We enjoyed the outdoor space for relaxing with coffee, and appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Nearby beaches were picturesque, with calm waters. Lots of restaurants, shopping and art in nearby Hyannis. Would stay again!
