And 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 1 full-over-full bunk bed) on the 1st floor with a full bath (shower/tub combo) on that floor. The den on the 1st floor also has a pull out queen sofa bed if you need a 6th bed.

Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen all connect as a great gathering area. Den with 2 couches (1 is also a queen sofa bed) can be great as a play room too. Additional items such as beach umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, dog crate, high chair, pack and play, etc are provided. Dining Room table expands to fit 10. Outdoors has a large patio with dining table, couches, a grill and a fire pit. Backyard is fully enclosed for the dogs!
