First floor includes a kitchen with eat-in dining area, a large living room, a full bathroom with a shower tub and 2 bedrooms, both with King Beds. Second floor includes a full bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, one with a King Bed, the other with a Queen and two twins.

Outside we have a huge backyard. Half of it is fenced in for added safety for kids and dogs. There is a firepit with Adirondack chairs and a picnic table as well as a patio with a dining table and chairs with an umbrella, a grill and an outdoor shower.

In the basement is a washer and dryer and a bunch of beach supplies for guest use

There is a small porch with a couple of seats that has gates at the top of both the front and back steps up to it
