Enjoy a classic Cape Cod getaway at this cozy seasonal beach home just a 10-minute walk to Haigis Beach with deeded access to the Swan Pond River for kayaking.

The home offers comfortable indoor living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private deck with outdoor dining and shower, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach.

The home operates seasonally from April 15 – October 15. Window A/C units keep the bedrooms and living room cool in the summer, while fans provide additional airflow throughout the home. A larger heater warms the main dining area while space heaters are available in the bedrooms and living room for cooler spring / fall nights

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Queen bed (new for 2026) with closet and dresser. Window A/C unit included. Bed linens provided.

Bedroom 2: Twin-over-full bunk bed (to be installed prior to the 2026 season) with closet and shelving. Window A/C unit included. Bed linens provided.

Additional sleeping space is available in the living room with a pull-out full-size sleeper sofa.

Living Space

The living room provides a comfortable place to unwind after a day at the beach.
• Couch with chaise and full-size pull-out bed
• 43" TV with basic cable and Roku streaming
• Two additional chairs
• Books and games for relaxing evenings

Dining Area

The dining room table seats six guests, creating a great space for shared meals, games, or planning the next day’s Cape Cod adventures.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy vacation meals:
• Full refrigerator

• Toaster oven (no full oven)
• Dishwasher
• Keurig coffee maker

Bathroom

The full bathroom includes:
• Shower / tub combination
• Sink and toilet
• Fresh towels provided

Please note there is no washing machine nor dryer at this home. There is a clothesline available outside for drying beach towels. Star Laundromat in Dennis is the closest facility.
